This is the power to read another creature’s thoughts and/or emotions and send your own in return. This power transcends language and works on all beings up to 10 meters (30 feet) away.

On the face of it this is quite a useful power, however no info is given in the rules about the consequences of its usage. This power allows a character to violate a creatures mind without its consent. Often this facet can be overlooked in a simplistic 'hack and slash' campaign, but if a more considered or mature game is being run this really should be considered. In many sci-fi settings similar powers have led to persecution or wars against those that have such powers. Given the slow leveling in the game and lack of abilities to prevent use of this power, GM's may want to consider making devices or items available to help protect from Telepathy or reduce its effectiveness.
